Our flavoured oils are made by natural infusion: the extra virgin olive oil from our centuries-old trees stays in long contact with chilli pepper, naturally drawing out aromas and nutrients, with no artificial flavourings. A lively, warming heat that respects the flavour of the extra virgin olive oil.
How to use it: raw, as a finishing oil at the end of cooking, to preserve its most delicate aromas.
Storage: in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, closing the cap tightly after use.
