Primitivo – Rosso IGT Salento

Ruby red, with hints of ripe berries, cherry and plum jam. Spicy and toasty notes of vanilla, cocoa and coffee from 6 months in stainless steel and 4 months in French oak barrels. On the palate it is soft, velvety and persistent, with the elegant tannic structure typical of Primitivo.

Negroamaro – Rosso IGT Salento

Intense ruby red, with subtle purple reflections in the glass. Balanced, soft and with good persistence.

Infused oil – Pink pepper and wild fennel

Extra virgin olive oil infused with pink pepper and wild fennel – 100 ml

Enjoy it with: red meat, carpaccio, fish, salads and pulses.

Infused oil – Mediterranean herbs

Extra virgin olive oil infused with Mediterranean herbs (thyme, sage, rosemary) – 100 ml

Enjoy it with: bruschetta, carpaccio, mozzarella, sliced steak, white meat, risotto, soups and fish.
